SINGLE TREATMENTS
Duration of all single treatments is between 70 and 75 minutes. Single treatment fee is £80 for all treatments. Please read our Terms of Booking before making an appointment.
COURSES OF TREATMENTS
All treatments below can be purchased as a course of six (pre-pay 5 and get the 6th treatment free). You can also mix various treatments in a self-designed course (pre-pay 5 and get the 6th treatment free). Courses are valid for 12 months from purchase date.

Medicinal Massage Treatment Your first massage therapy treatment will include a consultation to identify your needs, expectations and wishes. We will offer you a combination treatment including elements of various massage therapies and techniques, taking these needs, requirements and expectations into account. Our massages may include, to the extent required, the elements of: - deep pressure massage; - abdominal and colon massage; - manual lymphatic drainage massage; - hot stone massage; - visceral manipulation; - traction and stretching; - vibration therapy; - ear candling; - aromatherapy; - focus on problem areas. Please note that, just like all bodywork treatments, massages are effective when taken on a regular basis. Deep pressure massage: Strong full body massage with deep pressure work on problem areas. Ultrasound or heat rub may be used if required.
Hopi ear candles are incredibly relaxing: they may also help improve your hearing! The candle treatment takes 25 to 30 minutes, and the second half of the treatment will help relieve your stress with a relaxing and calming therapeutic massage. Abdominal massage can stimulate digestion, help with bowel movements reduce gas and increase the absorbtion of nutrients in the digestive tract. Specialist massage oils, candles and steam may be used during the treatment to enhance its effect. |
Therapeutic full body massage (Swedish): recommended as a general maintenance treatment on a regular basis. Massage Therapy helps relaxation, releasing stress and tension in our bodies. Massage “is the loving touch of the heart expressed through the hands”.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage with Far Infrared Blanket Wrap - Lymphatic drainage is a very relaxing massage specifically designed to boost your lymphatic circulation and speed up removal of toxic wastes, cell renewal and help with water retention management. The massage lasts about 30-40 minutes, | A session of 20 to 30 minutes in a far infrared blanket is capable of mobilising the skin and helping remove toxic deposits with sweat. Far infrared rays emitted by the blanket are selectively absorbed by tissues needing a boost in their output. Body treatments are essentially a "facial" for your whole body. It is just as important to cleanse, exfoliate, and hydrate the skin on your body as it is the skin of your face. Wellbeing Now has been developing body treatment for a long time. Our most popular body treatment is a "body scrub, mask and wrap” – an exfoliating, hydrating and nourishing treatment that takes place on a massage table covered with a sheet and a large, thin piece of plastic. As you lay on your stomach, the massage therapist rubs a mixture of sea salt, oil, and aromatics into your skin. This removes the outermost layer of dead skin cells and leaves your skin feeling velvety soft. A "body mask," takes place after a scrub, involves the application of product over the entire body. If you're slathered with mud, algae, or seaweed and wrapped in a thermal blanket, it's a "detoxifying" treatment that stimulates your metabolic system, speeding its ability to carry away waste products. If the product is very heavy cream that penetrates into your body, it's a "hydrating" treatment.

Iridology – the study of the iris – examines every fibre, colour and pattern in the iris that are believed to correlate with your body’s systems and functions. By examining your iris, the therapist would be able to recognise toxins and their locations; stages of inflammation; constitutional inherent weakness or strength; general health level and possible biochemical deficiencies and advise you accordingly. Facial Diagnosis is an investigative naturopathic consultation. It is not a "diagnosis" in the modern clinical sense of this word. It is a way of showing you how your genetic predispositions, your upbringing, lifestyle and choices, stress levels, and nutrition have made you who you are today and the way you look today. It can give you ideas of what you need to change to achieve a higher level of vitality and health. It goes beyond skin analysis, to connect all systems of your body with the features on your face. |
