The course is taken over 4 months. Initially treatments are booked every 2 to 3 weeks, later the intervals between treatments may be slightly extended towards the end of the course.

Individual treatments:

Body treatments are essentially a "facial" for your whole body. It is just as important to cleanse, exfoliate, and hydrate the skin on your body as it is the skin of your face. Wellbeing Now has been developing body treatment for a long time. Our most popular body treatment is a "body scrub, mask and wrap” – an exfoliating, hydrating and nourishing treatment that takes place on a massage table covered with a sheet and a large, thin piece of plastic. As you lay on your stomach, the massage therapist rubs a mixture of sea salt, oil, and aromatics into your skin. This removes the outermost layer of dead skin cells and leaves your skin feeling velvety soft. A "body mask," takes place after a scrub, involves the application of product over the entire body. If you're slathered with mud, algae, or seaweed and wrapped in a thermal blanket, it's a "detoxifying" treatment that stimulates your metabolic system, speeding its ability to carry away waste products. If the product is very heavy cream that penetrates into your body, it's a "hydrating" treatment.

Colon Hydrotherapy (colonic irrigation)

When choosing your colonic therapist, remember the words by Dr Bernard Jensen, author of “Tissue Cleansing Through Bowel Management”: “Those practitioners who administer colonic therapy properly are offering a useful service to the public. This service can be greatly enhanced with the addition of sound dietary counseling so as to eventually overcome the need for colonic therapy. … just getting rid of the toxic waste in the bowel is not the complete answer, although it is the first step along the correct path. Unless proper exercise, diet and right living are practiced, good and lasting results will not be achieved. We must be interested in making bowel tissue changes."

Vibration as part of an exercise routine was originally used in the Russian space programme, to counteract negative effects of zero gravity in space on muscle tissue and bone erosion and a reduction in bone density (osteoporosis) in cosmonauts. A platform generates vibration, which is then transferred to the body and the muscles, initiating the contraction reflex. This also stimulates circulation, improves muscle mass and increases bone density in a mechanism that is not yet fully understood. Exercising while maintaining contact with the Vibrostation™ causes tendons to stretch, and even deep-lying muscles such as the pelvic floor muscles, the muscles around the spinal column and in the face are reinforced by this reflex activation. Exercises Vibrostation™ lasting 30 minutes are said to be equivalent to 60-75 minutes of regular exercise.
