In 2009, after a period of consultations with some of the regular customers, we introduced Health Maintenance Plan subscription arrangements. We did this for the following reasons:
- Provide a cost-effective service to our regular customers who value investment into their health and well-being;
- Keep future price increases to a minimum for regular customers by reducing administration and marketing load on the business;
- Help you plan your health maintenance budget and get your preferred appointment days and times well in advance;
- Depending on your subscription level, encourage you to try out new treatments or introduce a family member or a friend to our treatments in a cost effective way.
It has proved very successful; so now we are offering it to new customers as well.
- Initial assessment
- £199, including a Colon Hydrotherapy treatment, and a consultation including elements of Live Blood Microscopy, Nutritional Consultation, Facial Diagnosis and Iridology
- Duration of the assessment
- 2½ to 3 hours. You and your consultant will discuss a suitable treatment plan and you may subscribe to the chosen plan.
The following Health Maintenance Plans are available by annual prepayment or monthly Standing Order only in 2010 (PDF version):

Terms and conditions at a glance:
- Your next treatment must be booked at the end of each visit to ensure continuity;

- Your Rate per treatment applies to all treatments from our list, provided you maintain four colonics per year;
- You can book in a friend or a relative at your Rate per treatment for your account;
- All Plan payments must be either made upfront as a lump sum or by a standing order debited on the 5th date of each month;
- The minimum term (“Term”) of the Plan is 12 months;
- If you need to cancel the Plan for reasons beyond your control before the expiry of the Term, all treatments received will be upgraded on a full list price basis;
- There is no compensation for unused treatments during the Term;
- In exceptional circumstances, there will be a 2-months’ extension of treatment time provided the Plan is continued for another Term;
- Wellbeing Now terms and conditions apply to all Plan bookings.

- I am interested in the subscription. What do I do next?
- How many colonics should I have?
- A healthy frequency of colon hydrotherapy for any individual would be once a quarter. However, some people need more and the different levels of membership are designed to reflect this need. You would need an extra colonic if you do shift work (especially a lot of night shifts); if you have taken antibiotics, if you have been under stress, if your daily routine has changed and your digestive system is not happy about these changes, and so on. This is something you will discuss with Galina during your initial assessment.
- Is there a joining fee?
- There is an assessment fee of £199. Your initial assessment will last about three hours and will include a Colon Hydrotherapy treatment, and a consultation including elements of Live Blood Microscopy, Nutritional Consultation, Facial Diagnosis and Iridology. You and your consultant will discuss a suitable treatment plan and you may subscribe to the chosen plan.
- Can anyone join this scheme?
- We can offer this scheme to a maximum of 80 customers at a time. We currently have 20 spaces available for immediate joining.
- I am self-employed; can you invoice my business for this subscription?
- Yes we can. You need to ascertain with your accountant that health maintenance can be a business deductible. Rules vary.
- What is the minimum duration of the contract?
- The minimum duration of the contract is 12 months or one year from the first of the month following the month of the subscription.
- What if I have to go abroad or something urgent happens and I am unable to keep up my subscription?
- We will need to review you account, and terminate it in a manner that is satisfactory to both you and us. As a rule, the treatments you have received in the subscription year would need to be upgraded on a non-discounted basis to arrive at the settlement figure.
- If I am on schedule with my four colonics a year, can I book any other treatments from the price list?
- Yes you can, subscription is designed to enable you to look after your health and longevity in a more cost-effective way. For example, if your price per treatment is £58, you can book any treatment from our list for £58.
You cannot book packages however because they are already discounted. In this case, depending on your level of subscription, you may save more by booking individual treatments than booking packages off the shelf. - Let’s say that I am on “Treatment 8” plan, and I want to have a colonic and a wrap, how is it going to work?
- You will have your colonic and your wrap, this will be marked as two visits, as long as you book your next colonic within 3 months of your previous colonic, we will look after the rest.
- Do I have to book my next visit after each visit?
- Yes you do because your plan is designed to bring you most benefits through regular visits. However, if you need to move your date, give us a notice in accordance with our published terms and conditions and your visit will be transferred to a new arranged date. Please bear in mind that in this case your first choice of date and time may not be available.
- How does “bringing a friend” work?
- A friend will need to be booked in advance and will go on your subscription schedule. You are responsible for the friend’s treatment fees. You both will be responsible for your own supplements and products you may buy.
- I am on “Colonic 4” plan and I need and extra treatment, how will it work?
- You can book an extra colonic or any treatment from the price list on your Rate per treatment, in the case, £69, and pay in full at the time of booking.
- If I am unable to use up my treatments within the year but I want to continue subscription do I lose the money?
- If you need to cancel the Plan for reasons beyond your control before the expiry of the Term, all treatments received will be upgraded on a full list price basis. There is no compensation for unused treatments during the Term. In exceptional circumstances, there will be a 2-months’ extension of treatment time provided the Plan is continued for another Term.
- Can I change my treatment plan?
- Yes, just send us a letter or an e-mail and we’ll upgrade or downgrade you on your renewal date. You treatment plan is set up for each 12 months.
- When will my account be charged?
- Please set the payments for the 5th of every month following the month of the assessment.
