Terms of Booking
WE SEE OUR CLIENTS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
Appointments with our consultant therapists generally be booked during our working hours Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.
We have two phone lines:

- 01628 62 66 11 – for all school inquiries.

Availability
Our client consultation hours currently are:
Tuesday 10 am to 8 pm
Wednesday 10 am to 8 pm
Thursday 10 am to 8 pm
Saturday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
If you are a first-time client, please note that treatment quality and our ability to meet your individual needs are our primary concerns. We combine research, lecturing, education and working with patients, so you can be assured that you will be given up-to-date information and advice.
As we are a small professional unit, we may not be able to answer your call personally. However, please leave a message or send us an email, stating your name, telephone number and email address, and we will respond to your query as soon as possible.
When contacting us please make sure we have your telephone number. When coming to your appointment, please arrive a few minutes before it starts.

Terms of Booking
- By making your appointment with us, you agree to observe our terms of booking below:
You can pay for your treatments by cash, credit or debit cards. There is no surcharge for credit card payments. All treatments will require a 50% pre-payment to reserve the booking. - We do not accept AMEX & Diners Club or cheques.
Cancellations and rescheduling
- Please remember your appointment and arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time.
- Unfortunately, late arrivals may not receive extension of scheduled treatment, so as not to inconvenience our other guests.
- In the interests of all, we request at least one full working days’ notice (Mon-Fri, 9.30 am to 5.30 pm) of cancellation. Should you fail to cancel within these guidelines a 50% charge will apply.
- All no shows and same day cancellations will be charged the full fee of the booked service.
- By paying by a credit or debit card you acknowledge that a small percentage of the amount you pay constitutes non-refundable card fees and charges. Therefore, if you wish to obtain a refund for your prepayment, subject to these terms and conditions, we will deduct 5% of the amount paid by you to cover our direct costs.
- We reserve the right to update our list of treatments without notice.
Special Terms of Booking
Courses*:
All courses must be pre-paid in full. For the optimum effect, all courses should be completed within the time agreed with your therapist. All courses expire after 12 months from your first treatment.
Colon Hydrotherapy Packages**
All packages, with no exception, must be pre-paid and taken within the time specified.
Please note that packages and courses are non-transferable and non-refundable. If you have changed your mind after you have begun your course of treatments, or if you have not used up your course or package offer within the time specified, you can use the balance of your account towards the same or other treatments or products. Your previous treatments will be upgraded on a full fee basis.
